After construction there are many airborne contaminants which can rest on surfaces which can introduce risk into a hospital environment.

Our process:

It is important to use the correct process to control and clean contamination in a hospital environment. Our process includes:

  • HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) – Before during and after cleaning we will install a HEPA filter to control air borne contamination. They can filter as small as 0.3 microns

  • Cleaning – we will formulate a process based on relevant standards. We will determine what is an acceptable level of clean, how it is measured, what are the cleaning actions and what cleaning materials to use

  • Antimicrobials, specialise non-lint producing mops, clean room wipers. Our staff use clean room cleaning garments to prevent possibility of cross contamination

  • Throughout the clean room cleaning process, we will be constantly using ATP (adenosine triphosphate test) which will give us an instant success result to the area

  • Efficient filtration system – The three separate filtering stages result in longer working time between filter cleaning. The dust is filtered through a cyclone chamber, which separate the heaviest parts, up to 95% of the dust, before the washable main filter. The HEPA micro filters are individual tested and certified to capture 99.99% of the remaining silica dust in the respirable fraction 0.3 µm

  • A large filter area in combination with pre-separation give long operation time with high efficiency. A pre-filter made of pleated polyester catches the larger dust fractions before the air enters the individually tested HEPA H13 filter ensuring 99.99% efficiency at 0.3 microns

  • Lightweight cabinet with sturdy aluminium frame and metal locking casters. A metal mesh protects the filter area

  • The HEPA filter is protected by a metal mesh which makes it easy to vacuum it without damaging it

  • The yellow light warns of a clogged filter, the red light warns of filter leaks
