Step 1 – Initial Phone Consultation
Before we attend we can discuss over the phone some detail over the damage of the loss. This will ensure that we bring the right equipment and team.

Step 2 – Onsite Estimation
We will provide an onsite estimation of the total drying time, power and equipment requirements needed to dry down the property to an acceptable industry standard.

Step 3 – Onsite Drying
Before drying the site should have all standing water extracted and all non recoverable fixtures removed. This can be completed by us if required. We can provide all site requirements and desiccant dehumidifiers to dry down your property. We aim to have your property up and running within 1 week. If it takes longer than this, we will inform you well ahead of time.

Step 4 – Final Moisture Testing
We will will conduct final moisture testing to ensure that we have achieved our drying goals.
