McArdles Loyalty Program

Purpose

The purpose of the McArdles “Loyalty Club” is to reward customers for their continued support and entitles its members to numerous benefits

Membership levels and benefits are reviewed annually on the 1st of July and members will be notified of their membership level.

This program was built for those that love our services, love our customer service, love our knowledge and education, love our attention to detail!

Being a locally and family run company for over 35 years in the Orange and Bathurst surrounding area, we felt like our loyal customers deserved something back!

How to Join

You will be automatically enrolled once you have met the below conditions, reviews for new members are conducted monthly and they will be notified once they have qualified or have been upgraded in status.

Diamond

We pride ourselves on being your partner supporting you with quality products, services and comprehensive knowledge with before and after sales service.

To qualify for Diamond membership the business must have purchased and paid for at least $20,000 (ex GST) over the current and previous financial year periods.

10% off any additional services*

Silver

We pride ourselves on being your partner supporting you with quality products, services and comprehensive knowledge with before and after sales service.

To qualify for Gold membership the business must have purchased and paid for at least $5000 (ex GST) over the current and previous financial year periods.

5% off any additional services*

VIP

We pride ourselves on being your partner supporting you with quality products, services and comprehensive knowledge with before and after sales service.

*Additional services are services that are not included in the yearly contract or set scheduled plan.

*Minimum charges apply for all services.

For example: General commercial cleaning on a regular basis (would be applicable for a discounted yearly rate for carpet and hard floor cleaning).
