Every day there are new methods and more current equipment put on the market. We dedicate hours of our time sifting through the information as well as testing, developing and researching the best and most efficient and effective ways to deliver our services, McArdles Cleaning & Restoration Services invests in over $100,000 dollars in training and education every year for all of our staff members. Each and every member of our team undergoes ongoing (weekly) rigorous training to ensure every new day we are offering the most successful and cost appropriate solutions to your problems.
All of our technicians are training and qualified by the Australian cleaning & restoration academy on a weekly basis, which enables them to identify the carpet & fabric fibres when cleaning and known how to do expert stain removal treatments, clean and restore an equilibrium to your property, and with ‘restoration’ training enables them assess on each and every job on a case by case basis and determine the best outcome with the quickest turn around for the client and the insurance company.
With over 20 years in the cleaning and restoration industry Garry Carroll has developed his expertise and knowledge base through training and his personal desire to embrace new technology and cleaning and restoration techniques.
Structural drying training through Steve Swan IICRC, Kurt Bolden/Rachael Adams- Hydra lab IICRC, Chuck Dewalt American Drying Institute ADI, Robert Spencer British Damage Management Association BDMA, Ernie Storer Inject-dry Systems, A Master Textile Cleaner and Restorer through the IICRC, Master Rug Cleaning Technician training through Aaron Groseclose and Ellen Amirkhan. Trained with Bridgepoint systems and Piranha marketing.
Information and Brief History
Hi i’m Luke McArdle the director of McArdles Corporation Pty Ltd, McArdles is a third generation cleaning and carpet cleaning business, it all started with my grand father ‘Jim McArdle’ back in the 1980’s.
Jim started off with general cleaning and commercial vinyl cleaning, Jim ventured into one of the first portable carpet cleaning systems in the Orange & Bathurst area and ran the business to support his family, Jim then became a member of the Orange local council to support and help the local community. McArdles was known as McArdles ‘Space Age’ Carpet Cleaning, back in the old days.
Jim McArdle passed the business down to my father ‘Martin McArdle’, Martin focused mainly on general cleaning and carpet cleaning for the last 21 years, Martin became a specialist in all fields of study in the industry. Martin’s passion was to continue to run and grow a successful carpet cleaning & cleaning business in the Orange & Bathurst local community.
In July 2013 when i ‘Luke McArdle’ brought the business off my father ‘Martin McArdle’ and expanded the business into water damage restoration services and mould remediation services focusing on the health and safety aspect of everyday living and worries. I am qualified in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Rug Cleaning, Hard Floor Cleaning, General Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire, Soot and Smoke Odour Control and many more.
February 2017 i have moved the company into a new factory have built a training room in our and rug cleaning plant at 51 – 53 Lords Place, Orange NSW 2800 to successfully train our staff members on a weekly basis and implemented rigorous training programs for all new employees that join the McArdles team force.
